Bev is survived by: 1-daughter: Evelyn Dilks of Fort Madison, IA; 4-sons: Calvin Herrick of Farmington, IA, Doug (Melissa) Herrick of Farmington, IA, Forrest Herrick of Farmington, IA & Gaylord Herrick of Keokuk, IA; numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren; 3-brothers: Charlie (Shirley) Luth of Farnhamville, IA, Mike (Cheryl) Luth of Hamilton, IL & Robert Luth of Farmington, IA; 4-sisters: Dorothy Foster of Fort Dodge, IA, Eleanor Smith of Flagstaff, AZ, Rochelle Norton of Bentonville, AR & Kim (Joe) Fiebiger of Fort Dodge, IA. She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband, 1-son: Alan Herrick, 1-daughter: Brenda Herrick, 2-brothers & 3-sisters.
