FMMS 8th graders lose two to Edward Stone

BURLINGTON - Fort Madison Junior High's 8th grade boys basketball team dropped two games at Edward Stone in Burlington on Thursday.

In the "A" game, Gage Crank had 8 points, Levi Lowney had 7 points followed by Seth Mendez and Kyndon Boatman with 5. Anthony Barnes had 4 and Lane Herriman had two. Barnes led FM with 9 boards in the game followed by Crank and Mendez with 6 each. Mendez also had six steals.

In the "B" game, Barnes led the way for the Hounds with 12 points followed by Jake Perry and Ethan Deacon each with six points. Crank and Herriman had 4 and 3 points. Dylan Folks rounded out the scoring with two points. Perry led the way with four boards.
