FORT MADISON - D&D Construction, LLC, owned and operated by David Greenig of Dallas City, IL, most recently was acquired by JJD Contracting Co, Inc. of Fort Madison, IA.

Now branded as D&D Contracting Company, D&D will continue to operate as a complete turnkey Independent Authorized Varco Pruden Dealer and Erector. D&D Contracting Co, with over 75 years of combined experience, will continue to supply and construct innovative, efficient, pre-engineered Varco Pruden (VP) steel building systems from the ground up.

Teaming with JJD Contracting Co, an established, full-service concrete contractor, D&D and JJD will enhance its contracting services to existing clients as well as expand its professionalism to new patrons. Together, with greater resources and superior knowledge of the industry, JJD and D&D will continue to provide full contracting services for your commercial, industrial, agricultural and recreational building facilities in the tri-state area.
