FMCSD readiness screenings set

FORT MADISON- The Fort Madison Community School District Readiness Screenings have been set for March.

Children must be five years of age by Sept. 15, 2017 and must meet the requirements of the Iowa immunization laws to be eligible for Kindergarten. Parents or guardians should bring the child's birth certificate and immunization records to the screening.

Parents or guardians are also asked to call the school in the child's attendance area to be put on the screening list. A letter with appointment time and additional information will be sent prior to the screening.

Lincoln School (319-372-2896) screenings have been set for March 27 while Richardson (319-372-2765) screenings will take place on March 28.
