03/13/17 - 10:25 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kathy Sue Crowell, 49, of Keokuk at the Lee County Jail on a warrant on a judgment entry. She was held.
03/13/17 - 11:01 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kevin Lee McCarty, 44, of Keokuk at the intersection of 331st and 340th streets on a charge of OWI-1st offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
