FAIRFIELD - It was a game of a lot of running and little shooting from both squads as the Fort Madison Bloodhounds fell 0-1 in overtime at Fairfield in boys high school soccer action Tuesday night.
AJ Nolting had two shots on the night and Audrae Vincent had the only other shot for the Hounds. Carson Donaldson had 15 saves in the match for a 94% save efficiency and forcing the overtime play.
Javier Trejo made 6 saves in a Hounds 0-1 loss in the junior varsity game game.
Fort Madison drops to 3-5 overall and 0-4 in conference play and hosts Keokuk on Friday. The Chiefs beat the Hounds 0-5 back on April 10.
