Fort Madison Police Department Report

04/27/17 - 2:40 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1400 block of Avenue E.

04/27/17 - 9:20 a.m. - Fort Madison police arrested Healther Lee Weakley, 31, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue E, on a charge of assault. She was released with a court date.

04/27/17 - 9:51 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 700 block of Avenue F.

04/27/17 - 7:18 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 400 block of Vica Lane.

04/27/17 - 7:46 p.m. - Fort Madison police arrested Macy Kaey Helling, 23, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue D on a charge of driving while suspended. She was released with a court date.

04/28/17 - 3:22 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 100 block of 24th Street.

04/28/17 - 4:07 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1700 block of 39th Street.

Lee County Sheriff's Department Report

04/27/17 - 3 a.m. - Lee Count Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy 61 northbound. A vehicle driven by Brian Dale Hutson, 35 of Keokuk lost control and entered the northbound ditch several times according to reports. He was transported to FMCH for evaluation and was charged with OWI 1st offense.

04/27/17 - 12:56 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Terrance Antonie Parks, 27 of Burlington, in Coralville on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

04/27/17 - 3:24 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Cody Allen Cheely, 23, of Fort Madison, at the courthouse in Fort Madison on judgement entry. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Fort Madison Fire Department Report

04/25/17 - Fort Madison responded to five medical calls and one false alarm.

04/26/17 - Fort Madison responded to three medical and one illegal burn, and two lift assists.

04/27/17 - Fort Madison responded to one medical call and one burn complaint.
