FORT MADISON – Responding to an injury accident Wednesday evening on 35th Street south of the railroad bridge, a Fort Madison fire truck tipped on its side into the slough in about 2-3 feet of water. All firefighters in the truck were able to get out. No injuries were reported at the scene.
