LCHD temporary clinic times, locations set

FORT MADISON - The Lee County Health Department has announced temporary clinics and locations for residents needing TB tests and immunizations in Fort Madison.

The LCHD has temporarily moved their TB (Tuberculosis) Clinic to Connection Bank Community Room in Fort Madison at 636 Avenue G on Monday, May 15th and Monday, May 22nd from 3 p.m.-4 p.m. TB tests are $20. TB testing requires a follow-up reading by a nurse 48 hours after the test. The TB test readings will be available at the same location on Wednesday, May 17th, for testing done on the 15th and Wednesday, May 24th (for testing done on the 22nd from 3 p.m.-4 pm.

The LCHD Immunization Clinic on Thursday, May 25th in Fort Madison has been moved to First Christian Church, located at 1029 48th Street from noon to 5:30pm. Please bring your child’s immunization card with you.
