Fort Madison Police Department report

05/11/17 - 8:19 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2800 block of Avenue P.

05/11/17 - 8:38 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Avenue L.

05/11/17 - 11:47 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of Avenue G.

05/11/17 - 3:18 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1800 block of Avenue A.

05/11/17 - 3:29 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 4800 block of Avenue O .

05/11/17 - 3:29 p.m. - Fort Madison police cited Diana Kowalski, 27, of Keokuk in the 4700 block of Avenue O for following too closely.

05/11/17 - 3:48 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1900 block of Avenue I.

05/11/17 - 4:13 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a gas drive off in the 5000 block of Avenue O.

05/11/17 - 7:25 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 3200 block of Avenue J.

05/11/17 - 7:58 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2800 block of Avenue L.

05/11/17 - 9:10 p.m. - Fort Madison police cited Brett Allen Michael Montgomery, 23, of Fort Madison at 12th Street and Avenue H, for driving while barred. He was released on a promise to appear.

05/12/17 - 6:31 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1800 block of Avenue L.

05/12/17 - 6:54 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Avenue L.

Lee County Sheriff's Department report

05/10/17 - 6:37 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Peach Orchard Road and U.S. Hwy 61. A vehicle driven by Peyton Charles Banks, 17 of Donnellson collided with a vehicle driven by Christopher Lee Dobbs, 38 of Montrose. Banks was cited for failure to yield after crossing Hwy 61 from the eastbound lane of Peach Orchard Rd. Banks, Both drivers and two passengers in Dobbs' vehicle were transferred to FMCH by private vehicles. Banks was cited at the scene for failure to yield.

05/11/17 - 11:14 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's responded to a two-vehicle accident on Hwy 218 at Central Lee schools. A vehicle driven by Taylor Danielle Adamire, 18, of Montrose, and a vehicle owned by Hannah Jade Hoenig, 14, of Donnellson collided. Adamire entered parking lot eastbound area of Central Lee, while Hoenig's vehicle is moving northbound out of the parking lot. Hoenig's vehicle collided with Hoenig. No injuries were reported or citations were issued at the scene.

05/11/17 - 5:31 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeremiah Matthew Bollin, 36, of Elvaston, Ill., in the 300 block of Main Street in Keokuk on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
