05/12/17 – 6:54 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Avenue L.

05/12/17 – 8:40 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 700 block of Avenue G.

05/12/17 – 11:11 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1600 block of Avenue G.

05/15/17 – 5:28 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1700 block of Avenue E.

05/15/17 – 6:16 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1800 block of Avenue F.

05/15/17 – 8:08 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1600 block  of Avenue G.

 

Lee County Sheriff’s report

05/12/17 – 10:47 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on U.S. Hwy 61 near milemarker 18. A vehicle driven by Donald LeMoyne Schrader, 81, of Montrose slowed for a turnaround in the median and was allegedly struck from the rear by a vehicle driven by Katherine Lee James, 38 of Argyle. No injuries were reported at the scene and James was cited for failure to maintain control.

05/12/17 – 2:37 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tia Anetera-Lorrain Dumas, 41, of Keokuk at the Lee County Sheriff’s office on a warrant on a judgement entry. She was taken to the Lee County jail and held until her release on 5/13 for time served.

05/12/17 – 3:00 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Romi Mokihana Jensen, 47, of Keokuk at the Henry/Lee county line on a warrant for violation of probation. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/12/17 – 3;36 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Levi Lewis Happs, 20, of Revere, Mo., at the Tipton Correctional Facility on two charges of unauthorized use of a credit card $1,000 to $10,000. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/13/17 – 4:19 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies cited and released Zachary James Schulte, 18, of Montrose at Elm Street and N. Main Street for possession of alcohol under the legal age. A 17-year-old minor was also cited at the same location and ordered to appear at juvenile court.

05/13/17 – 6:37 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies cited and released Kolton Mathew Sapp, 18, of Argyle, at Elm Street and N. Main Street for posession of alcohol under the legal age.

05/13/17 – 8:00 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Albert James Cresswell, Jr., 28 of Fort Madison at 150th St., and 240th Avenue on a charge of driving while license denied/revoked – OWI. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/13/17 – 7:11 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hope Catherine Eid, 19, of Wever, on a warrant for violation of probation and two warrants for failure to appear-contempt of court. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/13/17 – no time given – two juveniles were cited for 2nd-degree criminal mischief and ordered to appear at Juvenile court.

05/14/17 – 4:11 p.m. Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Harmony Kimber Smith, 34, of Farmington at 1100 block of Hwy 2 on a charge of domestic abuse assault. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

05/14/17 4:14 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Benjamin Richard Smith, 37, of Farmington in the 1100 block of Hwy 2, on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Fort Madison Fire & Rescue report

05/12/17 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to two medical calls and one burn complaint.

05/13/17 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to seven medical calls and one burn complaint

05/14/17 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to three medical calls and one burn permit.
