05/30/17 - 10:34 a.m. - Fort Madison police cited Hattie Kemp, 32, of Fort Madison in the 1100 block of Avenue G on charges of no city tags on four dogs and no rabies tags on four dogs. She was released with the citation.

05/29/17 - 9:41 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on 330th Avenue near X38. A vehicle driven by Roberta Mae Sandbothe, 84 of Fort Madison, had struck a deer causing minor damage to the vehicle.
05/30/17 - 10:28 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Francis William Wrieden III, 21 of Keokuk, at the Lee County Sheriff's office on a warrant for domestic assault causing bodily injury. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/30/17 - 11:33 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Crystal Anne Laktas, 37 of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse on a court-ordered hold. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
