Health Department announces June clinic locations

LEE COUNTY – The Lee County Health Department has temporarily moved their TB (Tuberculosis) Clinic to Fort Madison Christian Church (1029 48th Street) for Mondays during the month of June (5, 12, 19, 26) from 3:00-4:00pm. TB tests are $20. TB testing requires a follow-up reading by a nurse 48 hours after the test (following Wednesday). The TB test readings will be available at the same location from 3:00-4:00pm.

The LCHD Immunization Clinic on Thursday, June 22nd in Fort Madison will also be at the Fort Madison Christian Church (1029 48th Street) from Noon to 5:30pm. Please bring your child’s immunization card with you.
