07/13/17 - 5:19 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Clarissa Dawn Childress, 21, of Fort Madison for a charge of no insurance.

07/14/17 - 11:44 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2800 block of Avenue K.

07/14/17 - 11:49 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2700 block of Avenue M.

07/14/17 - 12:01 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1100 block of Avenue I.

07/14/17 - 3:51 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1500 block of Avenue D.

07/14/17 - 5:43 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 2900 block of Avenue K.

07/15/17 - 7:38 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Emily Ann Kruse, 22, of Fort Madison in the 4500 block of Avenue O, on a charge of disorderly conduct and interference with official acts. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

07/16/17 - 9:18 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Brandi Nicole Sumner, 28 of Detroit, Mich, on a warrant for failure to appear and violation of a no-contact order. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

07/15/17 - 10:40 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the 400 block of Avenue A.

07/16/17 - 8:03 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Avenue F.

07/16/17 - 8:06 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 3400 block of Avenue N.

07/16/17 - 8:26 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3700 block of Avenue L.

07/16/17 - 9:40 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of gas drive off in the 5000 block of Avenue O.

07/16/17 - 12:30 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of Avenue I.

07/16/17 - 1:01 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2300 block of Avenue C.

07/16/17 - 9:02 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 400 block of Avenue E.

07/16/17 - 9:31 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1700 block of Avenue E.

07/16/17 - 9:54 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3200 block of Avenue I.

07/17/17 - 7:24 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2600 block of Avenue J.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

07/14/17 - 10:21 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy 27. A vehicle driven by Shaton Marie Dragshutz, 75, of Florissant, Mo., was northbound and left the roadway and struck mile marker 26 and came to rest in a field facing north. Dragshutz reported a minor injury and went to the hospital on her own. No citations were issued at the scene.

07/14/17 - 2:14 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gilbert Allen Woodward, Jr., 31 of Keokuk, at the Lee County Sheriff's office on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/15/17 - 3:46 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Bernard Eugene Boggs, 40 of Revere, Mo., in Keokuk, on a warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay fine/costs and charges of driving while licensed revoked and failure to obey a stop sign/yield right of way. He was released on bond.

07/15/17 - 4:34 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Melany Mikala Omiatek, 19, of Keokuk , in Keokuk, on charges of interferenced with official acts and providing a false identification. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on recognizance.

07/15/17 - 12:41 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Courtney Allen Kellum, 33, of Keokuk in the 3500 block of Hwy 218 on a charge of OWI-1st offense. She was released on a promise to appear.

07/15/17 - 12:52 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy 218 and 200th Street. A vehicle driven by Judith S. Gillogly of Carthage, Ill., struck a vehicle driven by Garry Hodge, 66, of Henry, Tenn. Gillogly was cited for failure to yield entering a through highway. Hodge suffered minor injuries and both vehicles had severe damage.

07/16/17 - 11:07 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on Hwy 61 at approximately 355th Street. A vehicle driven by Katelynn Elizabeth Kemper, 23 of Donnellson struck the rear end of a vehicle driven by Charles Arthur Standridge, 72 of Greenville, Texas. Kemper was cited for following too closely. No injuries were reported at the scene.

Those individuals listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
