IN REMEMBRANCE OF THOSE WE LOVE
John S. Mikolajazyk, 61, of Montrose passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 5:30 AM at his home.
MIKOLAJAZYK
He was born on March 29, 1956 in Chicago, IL to Stanley and Elizabeth Fox Mikolajazyk.  On September 7, 1994 he married Carla Rezab in Kahoka, MO.  John worked for BNSF and retired in March of 2016 after over forty years of service.   He loved restoring old cars and trout fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Carla Mikolajazyk of Montrose and her children, Tanya Frank of Ft. Madison and Joey Frank of Montrose; his mother, Bette Smith of Sun City West, AZ; seven grandchildren, Adrian, Julian, Brooklynn, Carter and Emma Frank, Josie and Henry Worley; two brothers, Paul and Jim Mikolajazyk of Chicago; one sister, April Stonis of Hazelhurst, WI; several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Joyce.
Per his wishes, cremation has been entrusted to King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory and there will be no formal services at this time.  Online condolences may be left at www.kinglynk.com.
