07/28/17 – 9:39 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Denmark Hilltop.

07/28/17 – 3:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1200 block of Avenue H.

07/28/17 – 11:52 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1200 block of 40th Street.

07/29/17 – 6:56 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1500 block of Avenue H.

07/29/17 – 10:33 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kindra Ford, 33, no address provided, in the 500 block of Avenue H on a warrant for 5th degree theft. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/29/17 – 2:36 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 600 block of Avenue H.

07/29/17 – 2:50 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1300 block of Avenue F.

07/30/17 – 12:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Donald Ray Wall, Jr., 46, homeless, in the 3400 block of Avenue H, on a charge of felony possession of stolen property. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

07/30/17 – 8:13 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of stolen vehicle in the 800 block of Avenue E.

07/31/17 – 5:50 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Stephen Winn, 39 of Montrose in the 3100 block of Avenue K on two warrants for probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

07/31/17 – 8:47 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1400 block of Avenue H.

07/31/17 – 12:07 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Luke Austin Hummel, 39, of Fort Madison in the 1500 block of Avenue M, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

07/31/17 – 12:30 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 400 block of Avenue G.

07/31/17 – 2:15 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of burglary in the 1900 block of Avenue O.

07/31/17 – 6:19 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of stolen bicycle in the 500 block of Avenue E.

07/31/17 – 8:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Angelic Lathae Nelson, 25 of Fort Madison, in the 2900 block of Avenue N on a charge of driving while suspended. She was released.

08/01/17 –  5:24 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Cody Lee Bennett, Fort Madison, 19, in the 2500 block of Avenue L, on a warrant for contempt for failure to pay fines. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

Lee County Sheriff’s report

07/28/17 – 9:19 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Andrew Jay Woods, 57 of Wever, in the 3600 block of 190th Street, on a warrant for failure to pay fines/costs. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.

07/28/17 – 2:29 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested David Edward Bishop, 49, of Keokuk at the Lee County Sheriff’s office, on a warrant for sex offender registration violations. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

07/28/17 – no time given – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 14-year-old female from Ottumwa on 4th-degree theft charges. She was held in juvenile detention center pending a hearing.

07/29/17 – 2:07 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Timea Street and 14th Street. A vehicle driven by Danielle Renea Clark, 26 of Keokuk, was heading east on Timea Street and according to the report, did not yield the right of way to a vehicle driven by Ashley Michelle Noble, 27, of Keokuk. Noble’s vehicle struck Clark’s broadside and both vehicle had to be towed Clark was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and no insurance.

07/31/17 – 11:20 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Natasha Ashly Bryant, 25 of Keokuk in the 700 block of Dorcas Drive in Keokuk, on charges of driving while barred, interference with official acts and no insurance.

07/31/17 – 4:52 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Lee Roberts, 19, of Keokuk, no location given on a warrant for 3rd-degree burglary. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

07/29/17 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to six medical calls, four lift assists,, three smoke complaints and one false alarm

07/30/17 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to two medical calls.

07/31/17 – Fort Madison firefighters responded to three medical calls.
