08/31/17 – 8:52 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Avenue L.

08/31/17 – 9:14 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 300 block of Avenue E.

08/31/17 – 11:04 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Bradley Robert Bohnenkamp, 31, of Fort Madison in the 1100 block of on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

08/31/17 – 11:32 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Shaunna Ellingson, 23 of Fort Madison in the 600 block of 10th Street, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

08/31/17 – 11:40 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Larry Leroy Dawson, 24, of Fort Madison, at the Lee County Probation office,  on a charge of probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Lee County Sheriff’s report

08/31/17 – 1:31 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeremy Richard Scholz, 45, of Keokuk, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

08/31/17 -3:09 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jon Myron Nickel, 52 of Keokuk, at the Lee County Sheriff’s Dept on a judgment entry. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

09/01/17 – 11:23 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Aaron Williams, 35, of Donnellson, in the 2300 block of 220th Street in Donnellson, on a charge of trespassing. He was taken to Lee County Jail, held overnight and then released on a promised to appear.

09/01/17 – 3:32 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Candice Maree Robinson, 23, of Keokuk at the Lee County Sheriff’s office, on a warrant for a judgment entry.

09/01/17 – 6:08 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas Jay Ruble, 50, of Donnellson at the Lee County Sheriff’s office on a warrant for a judgment entry. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

09/04/17 – 2:41 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy 103. A vehicle driven by Margaret Mary Paradise, of Tampa, Fla., was traveling east on Hwy 103 in the 2800 block and struck a horse and buggy being driven by Jan Marie Buchanan of Bethany, Ill., pushing the buggy into the south ditch. Buchanan suffered minor injuries and the horse suffered cuts and marks. The buggy was destroyed in the crash.

09/05/17 – 2:52 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rod Wayne Knustrom, 54 of Fort Madison, at Fort Madison Community Hospital on a charge of eluding police. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

09/01/17 – Fort Madison Firefighters responded to three medical calls

09/02/17 – Fort Madison Firefighters responded to two medical calls, one assist

09/03/17 – Fort Madison Firefighters had no calls.

09/04/17 – Fort Madison Firefighters responded to one medical, one burn permit.
