FORT MADISON – The action was fast-paced and top level as 31 of the world’s best cowboys descended on Fort Madison for the fourth straight year to a packed C.E. “Eddie” Richards Arena Wednesday night to witness the Tri-State Rodeo’s CINCH Shootout.

Each competitor was vying for a $10,000 prize in events ranging from saddle bronc riding, to steer wrestling, barrel racing and bull riding, to name a few.
