In its 2nd year, OLD SETTLERS ASSOCIATION, members, businesses and neighbors will be handing out treats. Fraise Real Estate is furnishing a light supper for families participating. Any individual who no longer gets “beggars” but loves Halloween is invited to join in the fun. Registration by 10/15/17 please to Sheryl Decker 372-7813. There is no fee to participate but you will be given a table you decorate as you wish – costume if you wish or come as yourself! Report to Fahey Shelter and Set up by 4:30 pm. In 2016 over 500 children participated. You will have time to go downtown safe trick or treating as well as Old Settlers Park in 2 hours. OSA is offering good lighting, an open restroom, flat sidewalks for strollers or wheel chairs, and a fun night of fellowship.

Old Settlers Park will be the site this year again for a safe Trick of Treat night on Oct. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. Food, candy, spooks and other fun is planned by neighbors and friends of the Old Settlers Park Association. Courtesy photo.
