10/13/17 - 2:01 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in 2600 block of Avenue D.

10/13/17 - 4:30 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue B..

10/13/17 - 5:41 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 800 block of Avenue F.

10/13/17 - 7:48 p.m. - Fort Madison police arrested Micheal Alan Pauly, 27, of Fort Madison in the 1300 block of Avenue J. He was released on a promise to appear.

10/14/17 - 8:01 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1200 block of Avenue H.

10/14/17 - 9:29 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2300 block of Avenue C,.

10/14/17 - 10:26 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1900 block of Avenue D.

10/14/17 - 12:12 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1700 block of Avenue H.

10/14/17 - 2:34 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 5400 block of Avenue O.

10/15/17 - 2:20 a.m. - Fort Madison police arrested Stoney Keelan Two Eagles Morse, 26, of Fort Madison in the 100 block of 2nd Street on an arrest warrant for forgery. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/15/17 - 8:25 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1900 block of Avenue D.

10/15/17 - 12:17 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2700 block of Avenue K.

10/15/17 - 12:47 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run accident in the 300 block of Avenue E.

10/15/17 - 1:52 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1300 block of 19th Street,

10/15/17 - 8:14 p.m. - Fort Madison police arrested William Paul Kemper, Jr., of Fort Madison at the Fort Madison Police Department on a charge of simple misdemeanor assault. He was released on a promise to appear.

10/15/17 - 9:10 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Avenue E.

10/15/17 - 9:43 p.m. - Fort Madison police cited and released Stoney Keelan Two Eagles Morse, 26, of Fort Madison on a charge of criminal trespass.

10/15/17 - 11:34 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 200 block of Avenue G.

Lee County Sheriff's report

10/14/17 - 9:45 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dominic Louis Guzman, 42 of Burlington, was arrested at the Wal-Mart in Burlington on a warrant for contempt for resisting a court order. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/15/17 - 23:57 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwys. 103 and 218. A semi-tractor driven by James Ray Noah, 61, of Crowley, Tx, swerved to miss a deer and overcorrected striking a stop sign and coming to rest on its side after crossing the median northbound. Both the driver and Tammie Renea Noah, 57, of Crowley, Tx were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. James Noah was cited for failure to maintain control.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
