FORT MADISON – The My Care Walk-in Clinic at Fort Madison Community Hospital will start seeing patients in Suite 120, effective November 1st. Suite 120 is located across from the FMCH Pediatric Clinic – easy access is available through the entrance located in the back of the building near the Emergency Department. The My Care Walk-in clinic is currently located in the Main FMCH clinic.

The FMCH My Care Walk-in Clinic was established in 2011 to offer guests the convenience of receiving health care when it best fits their schedule. The My Care Walk-in Clinic sees patients on a walk-in basis, no appointment necessary, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In the My Care Walk-in Clinic you will be seen by an Advanced Practice Professional. These Nurse Practitioners will take the time to listen, diagnose and provide a treatment plan for every member of your family. They include Gwen Scott, Tiffany Rhoades, Bobbi Marshall, Carrie Barnes, Carrie Skibba, Chelsea Youmans, and Nicole Wilcox. The staff in the FMCH My Care Walk-in Clinic is available to treat non-emergency conditions like allergies and infections, abrasions and bruises, colds and flu, and sprains and pains. A full list of conditions seen in the My Care Walk-in clinic can be found at www.fmchosp.com. Patients experiencing life threatening symptoms should seek treatment at the FMCH Emergency Department.
