Task force arrests Quincy man on felony drug warrants

LEE COUNTY – The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of a Quincy, Illinois man on felony drug warrants.

RICKERT

Adam Keith Rickert, 22, of 902 Country Club Heights #300, Quincy, Illinois was arrested on October 26th, 2017 at the Adams County jail on felony drug warrants. Rickert is charged with delivery of marijuana, a class D felony and delivery of less than five grams of methamphetamine, a class C felony. If convicted, Rickert faces up to 15 years in a state correctional facility.

The arrest of Rickert stems from an investigation by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force into allegations that he was involved in the distribution of illegal narcotics in the Lee County area.

The Lee County Attorney’s Office, Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement assisted the Lee County Narcotics Task Force in this investigation.

The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

The Lee County Narcotics Task Force is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Justice and the funds administered by the Iowa Governor’s Office of Drug Control Policy.
