FORT MADISON – The Fort Madison Young Professional’s club is holding a food drive for the Fort Madison Food Pantry on Thursday, Nov. 2, beginning at 6 p.m.
The group is asking for donations to help prop up the food pantry for Thanksgiving. Items being accepted include canned items such as peaches, green beans, corn, spaghetti, ravioli, tuna, chicken and potatoes. Other items being requested include pasta, pasta sauce, canola oil, peanut butter, skillet meals, and pancake mix. Shampoos and laundry detergents are also on the much-needed list.
