Fort Madison Police report

11/22/17 – 12:30 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Shannon Lee Gorham, 28, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of 48th Street on a warrant for contempt. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/22/17 – 6:59 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Hamilton Eugene Parker, 30, of Fort Madison in the 1100 block of Avenue E, on charges of interference with official acts (2 counts), disorderly conduct, driving suspended, assault on a police officer, assault on a correctional officer and public intoxication 3rd offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/22/17 – 5:55 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Stevie Rackay Londrie, 27, of Keokuk in the 1200 block of Avenue H, on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released upon citation.

11/23/17 – 7 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Hamilton Eugene Parker, 30, no address given, at the Lee County Jail on a charge of 5th-degree theft. He was held in custody.

11/23/17 – 8:07 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of Avenue F.

11/23/17 – 11:52 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1000 block of Avenue H.

11/23/17 – 2:02 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism on Sunnyside Drive.

11/23/17 – 10:01 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Michael Brain Woodall, 39, of Des Moines, in the 3000 block of Avenue N, on a charge of public intoxication 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Lee County Jail.

11/23/17 – 10:32 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Michael Blint, 42, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 15th Street and Avenue H, on a charge of reckless driving, no driver’s license and open container. He was released upon citation.

11/23/17 – 11:58 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 500 block of 15th Street.

11/24/17 – 1:11 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report property damage accident in the 2400 block of Avenue E.

11/24/17 – 3:30 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Sarah Rose Dawson, 27,  of Fort Madison, in the 2400 block of Avenue E, on a charge of OWI-1st offense and failure to maintain control. She was released on a promise to appear.

11/24/17 – 12:42 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1900 block of Avenue D.

11/24/17 – 4:41 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2800 block of Avenue A.

11/24/17 – 6:24 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Terry James Schoonover, 47, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of Avenue H on charges of intoxication – 2nd or subsequent offense, interference with official acts, and interference with official acts causing injury in the 5400 block of Avenue O. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/24/17 – 11:59 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Codie Joe Twiss, 26 of Fort Madison at Fort Madison Community Hospital on a charge of assaulting a peace officer. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/25/17 – 9:57 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of Avenue I.

11/26/17 – 4:59 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block of 38th Street.

11/26/17 – 11:29 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Nicholas Donald Wilson, 29, in the 800 block of 13th Street on charge of failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/22/17 – 2:00 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lawrance Bernard Jackson II, 46, of Fort Madison, no location provided, on a warrant for sex offender false information – 1st offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on bond.

11/22/17 – 2:58 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dustin Ray Rogers, 26, of Keokuk, no location provided, on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine less than 5 grams. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/22/17 – 4;46 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Raymond Anthony Antone Cullins, 26 of Cedar Rapids, no location provided, on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/24/17 – 10:40 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Shane Gasaway Jr., 31, of Fort Madison, in the 2700 block of Hwy. 61 on a charge of consumption intoxication – 3rd offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.,

11/25/17 – 2:01 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Adam Michael Fraise, 31, of Fort Madison in the 2600 block of Hwy. 2, on a charges of carrying weapons, 1st-degree harassment and going armed with intent. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a pre-trial release.

11/26/17 – 11:28 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested William Joseph Helenthal, 49, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Exchange Street, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.

11/26/17 – 8:20 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jayme Thomesa Jenkins, 31, of Fort Madison, at the Lee County Sheriff’s office, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
