12/29/17 - 11:58 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of Avenue M.

12/31/17 - 10:27 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Wendy Mershon Fenton, 39, listed at homeless, in the 2600 block of 240th Street, on a charge of public intoxication-2nd offense. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/01/17 - 1:38 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested James Earl Day, 58, of Dallas City, in the 1500 block of Avenue H on a charge of OWI-1st offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

01/01/17 - 11:06 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue H.

01/01/17 - 12:10 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3400 block of Avenue O.

01/01/17 - 9:34 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Mike Randall Allen, 38, of Fort Madison, in the 2000 block of Avenue H, on a charge of driving while revoked. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

01/02/17 - 2:50 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Randy Eugene Tedrow, 33, of Burlington, in the 1700 block of Des Moines Street in Keokuk, on warrant for failure to appear and charges of driving while barred, fraudulent use of registration and no proof of insurance. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/31/17 - 8:50 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Timber Scott Isbell, 53 of Oquawka, Ill., at the Lee County Sheriff's office on a warrant for theft in the 5th degree. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and then released after paying a fine..

12/31/17 - 10:22 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Troy William James, 48 of Farmington, at the intersection of 240th Street and 265th Avenue on charges of possession of controlled substance and public intoxication. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and then released on recognizance.

12/31/17 - 10:42 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Cornelius Tyrone Brewer, 26, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of N. 7th Street in Keokuk, on a warrant for contempt-failure to pay fine/cost and a charge of violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
