02/01/18 - 9:36 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2100 block of Avenue E.

02/01/18 - 12:37 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/theft on Formad Industries Drive.

02/01/18 - 3:56 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2200 block of Avenue D.

02/01/18 - 8:35 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested James Allen Mesecher, 47, of Fort Madison in the 1200 block of 36th Street on a charge of driving while revoked. He was released on a promise to appear.

02/01/18 - 9:57 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Rod Wayne Knustrom, 55, of Fort Madison in the 5300 block of Avenue O on charges driving while revoked, and OWI-2nd offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/02/18 - 12:14 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a personal injury accident in the 1200 block of Avenue H.

02/02/18 - 4:22 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Michele Lee Nelson, 43, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Avenue H on charges of driving while suspended and improper use of registration. She was released upon citation.

02/03/18 - 1:40 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 2600 block of Hwy. 2.

02/03/18 - 11:34 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 500 block of 10th Street.

02/03/18 - 12:08 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a gas drive off in the 1200 block of Avenue H.

02/04/18 - 5:51 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1600 block of Avenue D.

02/04/18 - 11:47 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 3900 block of Bluff Road.

02/04/18 - 3:31 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of shoplifting in the 1900 block of Avenue H.

02/04/18 - 11:43 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Russell Arlo Young, 41, of Fort Madison, in the 2700 block for driving under suspension. He was released upon citation.

02/05/18 - 2:22 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Terry Lee Hackaday, 52, of Keokuk, in the 5800 block of Avenue O, on a charge of OWI. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/05/18 - 5:55 a.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Todd Edward Daughters, 46, of Fort Madison at the police department on a charge of failure to maintain control. He was released upon citation.

Lee County Sheriff's report

02/01/18 - 1:14 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brian James Abel, 32, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on a charge of simple assault. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/01/18 - 6:05 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tracy Dean Terry, 48, of Keosauqua, at the sheriff's office on a judgement hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/02/18 - 10:42 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Mathew Rohan Boon, 32, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse on warrants for failure to appear and providing false information. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and then released on bond.

02/02/18 - 9:54 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeremy James Oliver, 24, of Keokuk, in the 1800 block of Blondeau Street, on a warrant for violation of probation.

02/03/18 - 10:04 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shayla Lee Smith, 26, at the Des Moines County Jail on three warrants for failure to appear and a judgement hold. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held

02/04/18 - 7:20 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Crystal Lynn Kline, 33, of Fort Madison on a warrant for probation violation and charges of possession of a controlled substance, providing false indentification, interference with official acts, no insurance, fraudulent use of registration and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

02/05/18 - 12:55 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Bluff Road. A vehicle driven by Zachary Robert Stout, 27, of Haslet, Texas, had struck a deer. No injuries or citations were issued at the scene.
