Regional police, deputy training set for May

WEST BURLINGTON - The Southeast Iowa Regional Law Enforcement Testing Center has scheduled police officer and/or deputy testing on Saturday, May 26, 2018 9am-1pm at Southeastern Community College, 1015 South Gear Avenue, West Burlington, IA 52655 for the following Law Enforcement agencies:

Burlington Police Department

Fort Madison Police Department

Keokuk Police Department

Mount Pleasant Police Department

Fairfield Police Department

West Burlington Police Department

Des Moines County Sheriff’s Department

Henry County Sheriff’s Department

Lee County Sheriff’s Department

The testing process consists of two parts: an agility test and a written exam. You must be at Southeastern Community College Gym at 9am for the agility test. If you pass the agility test, you then will be eligible to take the written test, which will be at 11:00 am on the same day. Applicants must pass all agility tests and all sections of the written test to be eligible for further consideration by the law enforcement agencies.

Please contact any of the above law enforcement agencies for the “Application to Test”. This form MUST be completed and received at the Burlington Police Department, c/o Major Grimshaw, 424 N. 3rd Street, Burlington, IA 52601 on or before May 9, 2018. If it is not received by May 9th, you will not be eligible to test on May 26th.

PRIOR WRITTEN OR PHYSICAL AGILITY TESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
