HTC boys golfers fall to New London

NEW LONDON - The Crusaders boys golf team dropped a dual meet with New London at Deerwood Golf Course on Tuesday evening 180-209.

Collin Thornton led the way for HTC with a 48 on the par-36 course. The Tigers' Clayton Phillips was the medalist with a 39.

Kyle Bredemeyer fired a 52, and Josh Barr was right behind with a 53. Cole Thornton and Mason Holvoet both carded 56s and Conrad Hellman shot 78.

The two teams square off again on Thursday at Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course in a boys/girls double header beginning at 4 p.m.
