FM boys take 11th at Mid-Prairie relays

MID-PRAIRIE - The Fort Madison boys track team took 11th out of 17 teams at the Hawk Co-Ed relays on Tuesday night.

Senior Elijah Barnes accounted for 11 of the points with another 1st-place finish in the shotput throwing 50'-5.25". Matthew Hellige scored two points with his 5th-place finish in the 3200-meter run, and the Distance Medley relay team of Alex Gully, Garrett Hannum, Quentin Schneider and Aaron Steffensmeier took 5th place with a time of 3:59.30.

The Bloodhounds travel to Mediapolis on Tuesday.
