Alexandria D. “Hando” Lozano, 85, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at The Madison. She was born on January 14, 1933 in Fort Madison, IA to Guadalupe & Scorro Becerra Porrez. She worked at the Sheaffer Pan Company for 33 years and was a member of Sacred Heart Church and the Altar & Rosary Society. She was a past

president of the Fort Madison Lulac Club and was a member of the Moose & Eagles Lodges. She enjoyed cooking, dancing and playing Bingo.

Hando is survived by: 1-son: Rupert Lozano of Fort Madison, IA; 1-daughter: Sandra (Enrique) Garcia of Mesquite, TX; 2-grandchildren; 3-great grandchildren; 2-sisters: Thomasine Porrez of San Jose, CA & Irene Mendez of Livermore, CA. She was preceded in death by: her parents, 1-son: Angelo Lozano II, 3-sisters: Paula, Helen, Lucy & 1-brother: Manuel.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. The funeral mass will immediately follow at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Mark P. Spring officiating. A memorial has been established for Holy Family Parish.
