04/29/18 - 10:50 p.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Dustin Michael Damico, no age listed, of Fort Madison, in the 2000 block of Avenue F on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released upon citation.

05/01/18 - 8:38 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Merle Albert Sistern, 92, of Fort Madison, at the Fort Madison Police Department, on for Sexual Abuse, a Class B Felony and lascivious acts with a child, a class C felony. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/02/18 - 7:11 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2500 block of Henry Ladyn Drive.

05/04/18 - 1:11 a.m. Fort Madison Police arrested Hamilton Eugene Parker, 31, of Fort Madison in the 1200 block of Avenue H on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/04/18 - 6:14 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
Lee County Sheriff's Report
04/30/18 - 2:40 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lisa Christine Fraise, 27, of West Point in the 500 block of Avenue G in West Point, on a charge of driving while barred. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
04/30/18 - 9:17 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tyler Keith Jennings, 30, of Montrose , at the sheriff's office on charges of criminal mischief-3rd degree and criminal trespass. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/01/18 - 1:13 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested James Myron Feikert, 47, of Keokuk on a judgment entry. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/01/18 - 2:31 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeremy Abraham Atwater, 28, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on three warrants for violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/01/18 - 6:44 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arested David Scott Stiffler, 42, of Donnellson, in the 700 block of Chestnut Street in Donnellson ,on a charge of harassment. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/01/18 - 9:16 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ricky Dean Counts,, 40, of HIllsboro, no arrest location given, on a charge of driving while barred. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/02/18 - 6:25 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at Hwy 61(218) and 310th Street. According to reports vehicle driven by Betty Jo Kratzer of Donnellson, struck the front right side a vehicle driven by Cody Benjamin Boatwright, 32, of Montrose. Kratzer was attempting to make a right hand turn from southbound Hwy 61 (218) and struck Boatwright's vehicle. No injuries were reported and Kratzer was cited for failure to maintain control.
It should be noted that those listed above should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
