Roy A. Cullen, age 64 of Ft. Madison passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
He was born on April 4, 1954 in Ft. Madison to Robert and Elda Holtkamp Cullen. Roy was a mechanic and a painter. He loved motorcycles and not only enjoyed riding them; he could fix them as well.
CULLENSurvivors include his son, Jared Cullen of Ft. Madison; a daughter, Gabrielle Cullen; three brothers, Mike Cullen of Windsor Heights, IA, Robert Cullen of Ft. Madison and Mark Cullen of West Des Moines; two sisters, Connie Sorensen of Maryland and Karen Moore of Austin, TX; his companion, Char Arthur of Ft. Madison and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Maureen.
Per his wishes, cremation has been entrusted to King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. There will be a Celebration of Life for Roy from 1:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at The Eagle’s Club in Ft. Madison. A family burial will take place at a later date at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Ft. Madison.
