05/16/18 – 1:22 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1300 block of Avenue J.

05/16/18 – 7:43 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 23rd Street and Avenue E.

05/16/18 – 7:43 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Lisa Renee Parrish, 48, of Fort Madison at the intersection of 23rd Street and Avenue E for driving under suspension and failure to yield the right of way. She was released upon citation.

05/16/18 – 7:55 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 23rd Street and Avenue J.

05/16/18 – 9:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 4600 block of Avenue J.

05/16/18 – no time listed – Fort Madison Police cited Jason Thomas Woolever, 45, of Fort Madison at the intersection of 23rd Street and Avenue J for failure to yield the right of way. He was released upon citation.

05/17/18 – 12:35 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Sadie Lynn Tapp, 37, of Fort Madison in the 1400 block of 20th Street for driving under suspension. She was released upon citation.

05/17/18 – 1:05 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of Avenue G.

05/17/18 – 6:18 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1300 block of Avenue J.

05/17/18 – 8:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of Avenue F.

05/17/18 – 2:59 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report a property damage accident in the 2400 block of Avenue L.

05/17/18 – 10:17 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3500 block of Avenue Q

05/18/18 – 12:37 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 3500 block of Avenue Q.

Lee County Sheriff’s report

05/16/18 – 10:27 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Riley Thorn, 36, of Revere, Mo., at the sheriff’s office on warrants for eluding-speed 25 mph over limit, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official act, two counts of speeding, failure to obey stop sign/yield right of way, driving on wrong side of two-way highway, failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to display registered plate, operating without registration/plates, passing school bus 2nd or subsequent, reckless driving. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/16/18 – 5:40 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kristofer Charles Johnson, 19, of Cedar Rapids, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/16/18 – 3 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyler Keith Jennings, 31, of Montrose, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for felony forgery. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/17/18 – no time given – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Desiree Kristina Stinson, 25, of Keokuk, in the 2300 block of 340th Street in Keokuk on a warrant for felony forgery. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/17/18 -8:03 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at Central Lee Elementary School. A vehicle driven by Amanda Dawn Young, 34 of Donnellson was struck by a vehicle driven by Andrew Alan Shaffer, 16 of Argyle, in the parking lot of the school. No citations or injuries were reported at the scene.

05/17/18 – 10:21 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicole Lynn Rooney, 26, of Keokuk in the 500 block of 8th Street in Keokuk on warrants for disorderly conduct and driving under suspension. She was taken to the Lee County jail and released on bond.

05/17/18 – 1:46 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob Matthew Davalt, 36, of Keokuk in the 800 block of Fulton Street in Keokuk on a warrant for violation of parole and failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

05/17/18 – 3:01 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Howard Mobert, 42, of Montrose in the 700 block of sprue Street in Montrose on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and then released on bond.

05/17/18 – 4:15 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Samuel Dean Moyers, 33, of Burlington, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Those listed above should be considered innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
