Velocity Dance team wins state competition

FORT MADISON – The Limitless dance competition team from the Velocity Dance and Tumbling studio in Ft Madison competed this weekend in their second ever dance competition in Des Moines – The In10sity Dance Competition.

Facing tough competition and with only three months of practice, and practicing only one half to one third of the practice time in comparison to most studios in the competition world, Limitless placed first in their division. Costumes designed by Connie Sperber and Alecia Sperber,  also won the best costume award at the awards ceremony. The girls are coached by Alexis Taryn and Alecia Sperber.

Team members are Addie McKnight, Lilly Baier, Lilly Thomas, Tatum Peters, Allie Ehlers, and Dayonna Davis.
