Fort Madison Police report

06/21/18 - 4:03 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1800 block of Avenue L.

06/21/18 - 11:25 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 4800 block of Avenue O.

06/21/18 - 3:02 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1800 block of Avenue J.

06/21/18 - 4:56 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of personal injury report in the 2300 block of Hwy. 61.

Lee County Sheriff's report

06/21/18 - 9:14 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Alyssa Blair Hardy, 29, of Fort Madison, no location given, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

06/21/18 - 6:21 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jacob Dustan Mills, 31, of Montrose at the sheriff's office an order for a temporary hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

06/21/18 - 6:29 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Zachary Charles Michael Bennett, 23, of Keokuk at the sheriff's office on a warrant for 3rd-degree burglary.

06/21/18 - 4:56 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 2300 block of Hwy. 61. According to reports a vehicle driven by Kendrick Cabornay Seville, 39, of Keokuk was headed southbound on Hwy. 61, crossed the median and struck a bridge barrier. Seville's vehicle went airborn and came down striking another vehicle headed northbound driven by George Anthony Sargent, 63, of Keokuk. Seville, Rutchel Seville, 38, of Keokuk and Cedrick Seville, 7, of Keokuk were all injured in the accident and taken to area hospitals. Sargent and his four passengers were uninjured.
