Elk's Club gives boost to PORT Phase 3

FORT MADISON - PORT committee members receive a $750check from members of the Fort Madison Elk’s Club. The donation will be used to provide matching funds for the Wellmark grant that was recently awarded to PORT. PORT continues to encourage other local businesses and organizations to consider a donation for the completion of phase three of the trails project.
