Jessica and Ryan Welch, of Donnellson, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Riley Ann Welch, on Aug 27, 2018 at the Fort Madison Community Hospital.
Riley is welcomed home by her brother Jase.
Grandparents are Mike and Ann Penrod of Donnellson; Betty Jo Kennedy of Farmington; and Mark Welch of Farmington.
