United Way hosting chicken dinner fundraiser

DONNELLSON - United Way of the Great River Region is hosting a Fried Chicken Dinner fundraiser at Charleston Board of Trade at 1962 253rd Street just outside of Donnellson, on Sunday, September 16th. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under. Dinner includes all you can eat fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable (green beans or corn), baked beans, salad bar, 1 nonalcoholic drink. If you need an order to-go, 1 ticket will get you 1 to-go box. There will be bake sale items available to purchase for desert.

Tickets are available at United Way of the Great River Region office at 511 Blondeau in Keokuk, United Way Resource Center in Fort Madison at 3421 Avenue L or from any United Way of the Great River Region Board member or staff.

United Way of the Great River Region supports non-profit organizations and agencies that provide programs addressing needs in health, education and financial stability to residents in Clark, Hancock, and Lee Counties.
