United Way to accept grant requests

KEOKUK - The United Way of the Great River Region will soon be accepting grant applications for funding in 2019.

The United Way of the Great River Region (UWGRR) partners with not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organizations in Clark County, Missouri, Hancock County, Illinois and Lee County, Iowa. Priority consideration is given to those agencies/organizations that provide programs that improve health, education and financial stability.

Applications will be available beginning Monday, September 17, 2018.

Please contact Karen Thie, Executive Director at director@unitedwaygrr.org<mailto:director@unitedwaygrr.org> or at 319-524-4504 or any current UWGRR Board member to receive a grant application packet. No packets will be distributed prior to Monday, September 17, 2018. Applications and all required paperwork are due to the United Way of the Great River Region office in Keokuk, IA no later than Friday, October 26, 2018 at 4:00 pm. All donations are tax-deductible.
