FMMS seventh graders fall to WB

FORT MADISON – Henry Wiseman scored on a 12-yard touchdown run, but Fort Madison Middle School was unable to get past West Burlington in seventh grade football action Tuesday night as the Falcons won 12-6.

Wiseman had 48 yards on the ground to lead FMMS Teague Smith had 33 yards to lead the Hounds on offense. Smith also led FMMS on defense with six tackles. Wiseman had five tackles, followed by Aiden Benda and Joe Hartman with four each.

Hunter Cresswell, Smith, Ben Ramatowski, Ike Thacher and Javean Davis all recovered fumbles, while Benda and Smith both forced fumbles in the loss.
