Paranormal tours highlight Main Street's Ghost Hunt

FORT MADISON - Historic river towns have their share of haunts and the paranormal, and Fort Madison is no different! The Fort Madison Main Street's Ghost Hunt allows visitors to document the paranormal activity that surrounds us.

On Friday, Oct 26th or Saturday, Oct 27th, visit 4 haunted locations with Iowa Paranormal specialists...bring your digital camera, if you dare!

Paranormal experts, Iowa City Ghost Hunters will guide you through historic Fort Madison landmarks, learning a little about each site’s history and investigating paranormal occurrences. This year’s locations include Studio 61, the Old Lee County Jail, Artist Trax Studio and City Cemetery. Registration will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Moose Lodge #671, 624 Avenue G in Fort Madison.

Tickets are $25 a person per evening. There are a limited number of tickets available. Tickets can be purchased by calling Fort Madison Partners at 319-372-5471 or at their office, 614 9th Street in Fort Madison. Tickets can also be purchased online at fortmadison.com

Fort Madison Main Street is an affiliate organization of Fort Madison Partners. Fort Madison Partners is the umbrella organization, which oversees the Fort Madison Chamber of Commerce, Fort Madison Main Street, Fort Madison Economic Development and Fort Madison SIRRC.
