Fort Madison Police Report

10/03/18 - 9:31 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 400 block of Avenue D.

10/03/18 - 9:45 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 5400 block of Avenue O.

10/03/18 - 1:17 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2200 block of Avenue F.

10/03/18 - 6:10 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 300 block of Ninth Street.

10/03/18 - 8:17 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 4000 block of Avenue O.

10/04/18 - 3:55 a.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Charles Franklin Bruner, 56, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Avenue H on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released upon citation.

10/04/18 - 4:50 a.m. - Fort Madison Police cited James Robert Best, 37, of Fort Madison in the 2400 block of Avenue L on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released upon citation.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

10/03/18 - 12:59 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tiffany Amber Stice, 24, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/03/18 - 2:36 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Quinton James Leo Banes, 28, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/03/18 - 7:50 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shelby Kobra Kelly, 23, of Keokuk, at the Keokuk mall on a warrant for violation of probation. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/03/18 - 10:05 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Hayle Nacole Schmitz, 24, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Hwy. 61 in Wever on charges of driving while license revoked and unsafe approach to a stationary vehicle. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
