10/05/18 - 6:45 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Stoney Kelian Two Eagles Morse, 27, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of Avenue M, on a charge of domestic abuse. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
10/05/18 - 11:01 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Payton Wrage Vanpelt-Vice, 23 of Fort Madison in the 1600 block of Hwy 2 in Donnellson, on charges of eluding, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and reckless driving. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

10/06/18 - 4:43 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Brandy Jayne Vincent, 36, of Fort Madison at the police department on a charge of public intoxication. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
10/06/18 - 9:12 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft on Alta Drive.

10/06/18 - 11:31 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2200 block of Avenue F.
10/06/18 - 2:01 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit-and-run in the 300 block of Crescent Lane.

10/07/18 - 9:25 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a shoplifter in the 4800 block of Avenue O.
10/07/18 - 9:41 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Joseph Ryan Manning, 18, of Fort Madison in the 4800 block of Avenue O, on a charge of fifth-degree theft, aiding and abetting 5th-degree theft and a warrant for fifth-degree theft. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
Lee County Sheriff's Report
10/05/18 - 12:08 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Duane Burdette, 54, of Donnellson, in the 3900 block of Avenue O on a charge of driving while barred. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
10/06/18 - 10:19 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2300 block of Hwy 61, where a vehicle driven by Cory James Waston 44, of Montrose, had lost control and struck a guard rail before sliding into the median. No injuries were reproted and Watason was taken to the Lee County Jail for an OWI investigation.
10/06/18 - 10:19 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Cory James Watson, 44, of Montrose in the 2300 block of Hwy. 61 on a charge of operating while intoxicated. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
10/07/18 - 12:58 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dacia Nicole Fry, 37, of Argyle, in the 3400 block of Argyle Road on a warrant for failure to appear, she was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on bond.
Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
