10/10/18 - 9:18 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Jeffrey Duane Riedl, 63, of Fort Madison at the intersection of 20th Street and Avenue E on a charge of OWI-1st offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
Lee County Sheriff's report
10/09/18 - 6:47 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of one-vehicle accident on Johnson Street Road in Keokuk. A vehicle driven by Michael Robert Riddle, 27, of Keokuk lost control striking a road sign. Riddle was cited for failure to maintain control. No injuries were reported at the scene.
10/10/18 - 4:43 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Timothy G. Hutton, 50, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a court ordered hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
10/10/18 - 5:20 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Chad Richard Barker, 40, of Montrose, at Belfast Road and Croton Road intersection on a warrant for failure to appear and charge of driving under suspension. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
10/10/18 - 5:52 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Danielle Lynn Smith, 31, of Fort Madison at Belfast Road and Croton Road intersection on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
10/10/18 - 11:30 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brennan David Heidbreder, 24, of Fort Madison at milemarker 27 on Hwy. 61, on a charge of OWI-2nd offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
