Regina H. McKoon 91, of Ft. Madison passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 1:42 AM at The Madison.

She was born on August 15, 1927 in New Braunfels, Texas to H. Herman and Alma Kuhn Luehlfing. On February 19, 1946 she married Alvin C. McKoon in New Braunfels, Texas and he passed away on November 11, 2011. Regina was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Nauvoo and the VFW and Home Extension in Texas. She

also enjoyed making birthday cakes for her family and square dancing with her husband.

Survivors include two daughters, Gloria (Rick) Ruis of Ft. Madison and Patty (Nick) Clark of Dallas City, IL; one son, Thom (Diane) McKoon of Monument, CO; ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and one sister.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 10:30 AM at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Mark Anderson officiating. The family will meet with friends from 9:30 AM until the time of the service. Burial will be in Appanoose Cemetery, rural Niota.
