Fort Madison Police Report

11/7/18 - 5:41 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1500 block of Avenue E.

11/7/18 - 10:55 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 900 block of Avenue G.

11/7/18 - 2:20 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue E.

11/7/18 - 3:03 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 20th Street and Avenue G.

11/7/18 - 3:10 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block of Avenue F.

11/7/18 - 6:06 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage in the 4000 block of Avenue L.

Lee County Sheriff's Report

11/7/18 - 6:18 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jamie Lyn Mayes, 42, of Keokuk in the 800 block of Johnson Street Road in Keokuk, for violating a temporary restraining order. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on her recognizance.

11/7/18 - 6:26 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brittany Marie Goldie, 24, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for probation violation. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/8/18 - 1:19 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Zachary Michael Thurman, 19 of Hamilton, Ill., at the sheriff's office on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/8/18 - 2:40 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Bruce Gray, 64 of Keokuk, no location given, on charges of OWI-1st offense, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of prescription drugs (2x) possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, possessing an open container, no proof of insurance, and improper use of traffic lanes. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

11/7/18 - Fort Madison firefighters responded to five medical calls and one motor vehicle accident.
