11/09/18 - 1:13 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1900 block of 48th Street.

11/09/18 - 4:01 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 400 block of Avenue H.

11/09/18 - 7:01 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2600 block of Avenue L.

11/10/18 - 12:51 a.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Kyle Max Ray, 30, of Fort Madison in the 5400 block of Avenue O, on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/10/18 - 9:38 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1800 block of Avenue A.

She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/12/18 - 11:42 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Joel Tyler Bell, 34, of West Point, at the Fort Madison police department, on a charge of disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief-4th degree. He was released on a promise to appear.

11/09/18 - no time listed - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lisa Marie Johnson, 30, of Fort Madison, in Ottumwa, on a charge of violation of probation. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on bond.

11/09/18 - 5:05 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Teresa Hull Meierotto, 50, of Fort Madison, in the 2800 block of Hwy. 103, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was taken to the Lee Countu Jail and released on a promise to appear.

11/09/18 - 7:47 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Phillip Christopher Schulte, 32, of Hamilton, at the sheriff's office a on judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released for time served.

11/09/18 - 3:35 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kevin Lamond Claville, 32, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of willfull injury. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/09/18 - 4:07 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the Central Lee High School parking lot. A vehicle driven by Zachary Adam Waldorf, 17, struck the back end of a vehicle driven by Sarah Jane Kruse, 39, of West Point. Waldorf was cited for driving too fast for conditions. No injuries were reported at the scene.

11/09/18 - 6:52 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ryne Steven Sackman, 26, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on a judgment hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released for serving weekends.

11/10/18 - 1:23 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Daniel Wayne Summers, 53, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of N. 4th Street on warrants for violation of parole and failure to appear, and charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of contraband in a correctional facility, possession of drug paraphernalia, fraudulent registration, driving under suspension and no insurance. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/10/18 - 2:25 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 1400 block of Hwy. 218 where a vehicle driven by Christopher Kevin Williams, 27, of St. Louis, according to report, swerved to miss a semi and ended up in the ditch. No citations or injuries were reported at the scene.

11/10/18 - 6:30 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kimberly Brook Shannon, 46, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on warrants for a judgment entry, violation of a no-contact order, and domestic abuse 3rd or subsequent offense. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/10/18 - 12:00 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Justin Dale Reed, 34, of Keokuk, at the Wells Carry School in Keokuk on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/11/18 - 11:15 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Troy William James, 48, of Farmington, at the sheriff's office on a judgment hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/11/18 - 11:40 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shawn Lee DeHaven, 47, of Fort Madison, at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, on warrants for violation of probation and voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/12/18 - 1:01 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident near milemarker 20 on Hwy 61 west of Fort Madison. A vehicle driven by Malisa Kaye Kothe, 49, of Burlington, lost control on icy conditions, entered the shoulder northbound and rolled down the east embackment. She received medical treatment and no citations were issued.

11/12/18 - 2:30 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 61 when a vehicle driven by Richard William Wagner, 70 of Donnellson, lost control on an icy overpass striking the side of the overpass. No injuries or citations were reported at the scene.

11/12/18 - 2:36 p.m. Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2700 block of Hwy. 61, where a vehicle driven by Jeffrey J Repplinger, 52, of Sutter, Ill., lost control on icy conditions and struck the side of the overpass disabling the vehicle. No injuries or citations were issued at the scene.

11/12/18 - 3:30 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lori Ann Schorr, 45, of Keokuk, at the Scott County Jail on a warrant for violation of probation and charges of violation of probation, and failure to appear (x2). She was released on bond.

11/12/18 - 3:29 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2700 block of Hwy. 61, where a vehicle driven by Colby Matthew Tate, 25, of Alexandria, Mo., slid on a patch of ice and went into the ditch. No citations or injuries were reported at the scene.
