Senior Emily Box put up 16 to lead HTC followed by senior Eryn Andersons' 13 and junior Avery Hopper with 11.

The girls jumped out to a 12-10 first quarter lead, but then went into a quarter-long slump where Holy Trinity only managed two points in the period. Fortunately, the defense held up as Danville only put up six in the period and held a 16-14 halftime advantage.

Hopper got hot in the 2nd half with four from the field and a 3-pointer as HTC outscored Danville 17-8 to pull ahead 31-24 at the end of the third period. Hopper scored six of her 11 in the fourth quarter and Anderson fired in six to help HTC pull away 13-9 in the final period for the win.

Ashlynn Haas had four points to round out the scoring for Holy Trinity.

Alyssa Pfadenhauer had 13 to lead Danville, followed by Bailee Morris with 12.
