12/07/18 - 3:22 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2000 block of Avenue B.

12/07/18 - 5:07 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a shoplifter in the 2600 block of Avenue L.

12/07/18 - 8:42 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arested Brittney Nichole Wylie, 25, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue E on two warrants for failure on driving under suspension, and one for possession of a controlled substance.. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/07/18 - 8:56 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Avenue E.

12/07/18 - 11:44 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Misty Dawn Guzman, 31, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of 35th Street, on warrants for failure to appear on driving under suspension and failure to appear on fifth-degree theft. She was taken to the Lee County and Jail.

12/08/18 - 3:04 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1700 block of Avenue D.

12/08/18 - 4:04 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.

12/08/18 - 5:24 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a shoplifter in the 4800 block of Avenue O.

12/08/18 - 10:54 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Samuel Douglas Cook-Ransdell, 18, of Fort Madison, in the 1900 block of Avenue E, on a warrant for fifth-degree theft, and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/09/18 - 2:54 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2100 block of Avenue D.

12/09/18 - 11:25 a.m - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3000 block of Avenue N.

Lee County Sheriff's report

12/07/18 - 11 a.m - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Teresa Manning, 43, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of 3rd-degree burglary. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/07/18 - 11 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gary Lee Manning, 52, at the sheriff's office on charges of burglary in the 3rd degree burglary and thefts in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th degree. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/07/18 - 12:56 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Tiffany Amber Stice, 24, of Warsaw, Ill., at the sheriff's office, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/07/18 - 6:18 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Darin Michael Bleything, 32, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office on a court-ordered hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released for weekend time served.

12/07/18 - 6:20 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jarrod Parvin Holland, 40, of Denmark, at the sheriff's office on judgment hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/08/18 - 5:27 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Old Quarry Road. A vehicle driven by Jennifer Lynn Sutcliffe, 42, of Fort Madison lost control and struck a utility pole severely damaging the vehicle. Sutcliffe was transported to Fort Madison Community Hospital with minor injuries. Sutcliffe was cited for failure to maintain control.

12/08/18 - 10:30 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Patricia Dawn Shirkey, 57, of Keokuk, at the Des Moines County Jail on a warrant for theft in the 3rd-degree. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on his recognizance.

12/09/18 - 5:44 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2700 block of ChalkRidge Road. A vehicle driven by Michael William Blint, 43, of Fort Madison. Blint's vehicle lost control and entered the ditch catching fire due to a mechanical malfunction, Blint was discovered by a passing motorist who took him to Fort Madison Community Hospital with injuries. Charges are pending in the case according to the report. Blint suffered serious injuries in the incident.

12/09/18 - 11:52 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Adam Farnett, 59, of St. Paul, at the sheriff's office on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/09/18 - 1;11 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Carol Ann Brewer, 51, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of S. 2nd Street in Keokuk, on warrant for contempt. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/09/18 - 1:26 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on 190th avenue near 170th Street. A vehicle driven by Kyle Wayne Johnson, 24, of Bonaparte struck the back end of grain trailer driven by James Bernard Foecke, 72, of Pilot Grove. According to the report, Foecke was charged with failure to maintain control. No injuries were reported.

12/09/18 - 2:20 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kyle Wayne Johnson, 24, of Donnellson in the 170th block of 190th Avenue on a charge of driving while barred. He was released on a promise to appear.

12/09/18 - 3:05 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident on Argyle Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Jamie Lynn Wrieden, 32, of Keokuk, backed into a camper parked on private property. No citations were reported at the scene.

12/09/18 - 11:50 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shane Michael Blanchard, 37, of Wever, in the 1600 block of Green Bay Road in Wever on charges of having an open container, driving while license revoked and OWI-2nd offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
