FM 8th grade boys drop 2 of 3

BURLINGTON – The Fort Madison Middle School 8th grade boys basketball team dropped two of three games to Edward Stone on Thursday.

Jamiah WIlliams poured in a dozen points for Fort Madison in the A game won by Edward Stone 43-30. Williams also led Fort Madison in rebounds with five.

Nathanial Swigart added seven points, while Aiden Boyer and Jordan Simpson each scored four for Fort Madison.

In the “B” Game, Edward Stone rolled to a 20-14 win. George Hantzeas and Calviyan Tucker each had three points to lead Fort Madison. Drew Davis had two rebounds for Fort Madison.

Fort Madison won the “C” game behind four points each from Hanzteas and Dylan Gilman. The Little Hounds rolled to a 14-2 win. Cameron Nabors had two rebounds for FMMS.
